Plants, Our Friends

After a long haul of 20 months, school kids were back physically for an experiential learning session at Topavan Nursery.

What an amazing learning experience it was! Students of STD-II learnt about the different kinds of plants: trees, shrubs, herbs, climbers and creepers. They also explored the different parts of the plant and how they grow.

There was an interactive talk by horticulturist, where he shared his views and spoke about the benefits of planting.

Each child took a sapling and pledged to take care of it.
